Not every get-together needs a stage and 200 guests. A cousins' reunion, a friends' sleepover, a birthday you actually want a nice backdrop for — these are the gatherings Naz's Farm House was already built for, long before we started hosting weddings in the garden. A group of 10–20 has the whole property to itself: both bedrooms, the double-height hall, and The Majlis loft. It's booked exactly the way a regular stay is, at the regular rate — no separate event package, no extra paperwork.

A Whole House, Not a Banquet Hall

The hall and living room are one L-shaped space, anchored by a single long dining table — the natural centre of gravity for any gathering, whether it's a shared meal or just where everyone ends up talking. The self-catered kitchen means you can cook together, bring in a caterer, or have a cake delivered without asking anyone's permission. When the group wants air, the garden veranda is a step outside.

Good for multi-generational groups

Two bedrooms and a loft give a reunion enough separate corners that grandparents, parents, and kids can each find their own pace — a quiet room to nap in, a hall to sit and talk in, a garden for the kids to burn off energy in — without anyone needing to leave the property to get it. Everyone still ends up back at the same dining table by evening.

Sleepovers & Slumber Parties

The Majlis loft

The Majlis, the loft above the hall, is built for exactly this — a group of friends or kids with their own elevated hangout space, set apart from the bedrooms below. It sleeps up to 10 for a floor sleepover as standard, and we can lay out extra mattresses on request if your group runs bigger — just mention the headcount when you inquire. Movie nights, staying up too late, breakfast still in pyjamas the next morning — nobody downstairs needs to be disturbed by it.

Birthday Parties & Small Celebrations

Cake, games, and a real backdrop

The hall works for decorations and cake-cutting; the terrace and garden work for photos once the light turns gold in the evening. Because the kitchen is yours for the stay, you can bring in a cook, order in, or do it all yourselves — there's no in-house catering to book around.

Carrom, Karaoke & the Games Nook

Built-in entertainment

Tucked off the hall, the Games Nook has a carrom board set up and ready — it tends to become the default entertainment for exactly this kind of group, no planning required. It's usually where the night ends up, long after dinner's cleared.

How Booking Works

Same as a regular stay — no event pricing

A family gathering, sleepover, or birthday for 10–20 isn't treated as a separate "event" the way a destination wedding is — it's just a whole-property stay, starting from ₹8,500/night.
