A few things to know before you stay

We want your time here to be as easy and peaceful as it looks. Here's everything worth knowing beforehand.

Thank you for choosing Naz's Farm House. We're happy to welcome you and hope you have a wonderful, peaceful stay with us. 😊 As this is a private property, we kindly ask every guest to keep the following in mind.

🏡 Property Guidelines

  • Please take care of the property, furniture, appliances, fittings, and other facilities provided.
  • Any damage, breakage, loss, or misuse of property or items during your stay will be chargeable — the repair or replacement cost is payable by the guest.
  • Please use all facilities and equipment responsibly, and follow any instructions provided at the property.
  • Please maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
  • Please respect the privacy of the surroundings and avoid any activity that may disturb the neighbours.

🔇 Noise Policy

  • Please keep music, conversation, and other noise at a reasonable level at all times.
  • After 9:00 PM, please keep noise low — it shouldn't carry outside the property or disturb the neighbours.
  • We kindly ask every guest to help maintain a peaceful environment, especially at night.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: any time after 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: any time before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged, subject to availability and prior approval — just let us know when you book.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled 2 days or more before the check-in date — eligible for a refund as per the booking terms.
  • Cancelled within 2 days of the check-in date — the booking amount is non-refundable.
